Service Terms & Policies (Final) 1. Project Scope & Delivery All UGC services provided are custom-created based on the package selected. Delivery timelines start only after receipt of all necessary assets (product, brief, usage instructions) and confirmation of full payment. Estimated turnaround time is [e.g., 7–10] business days unless otherwise specified. 2. Revisions & Edits Each video includes one (1) round of revisions to ensure the final result aligns with your brand vision. Revisions cover minor edits (e.g., pacing adjustments, music swaps, text tweaks). Additional revision rounds are available for $75 per round. Major changes to the project scope (e.g., reshooting the entire concept) after the brief is approved may incur additional fees. 3. Payment & Cancellations Full Payment: To secure your booking and begin the production process, full payment is required at the time of order. Cancellations: Because all services are custom-created and scheduled immediately upon payment, all purchases are final. If you must cancel, please contact me within hours of booking; cancellations made after production has commenced are non-refundable. 4. Usage Rights Upon delivery, you are granted full, royalty-free usage rights for the agreed-upon duration (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, etc). You retain the right to use the content for paid ads or organic posts as outlined in your selected package. EMSEA retains ownership of the underlying raw footage unless the "Raw Footage" add-on was purchased. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee My goal is to deliver content that aligns perfectly with your brand vision. If you have concerns after your included revision, please reach out so we can discuss the best path forward, whether that involves additional paid revisions or a collaborative solution.
